By accessing the pet939 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their pet939 account credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP verification codes issued to their registered mobile number. The following account rules apply at all times:

• Passwords must be kept strictly confidential. Users must not disclose login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• Users must ensure that their registered contact details, including mobile number and email address, remain current and accurate at all times.

pet939 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account that it suspects is being operated in breach of these rules, pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds subject to investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

pet939 supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: As published on the Platform's cashier page, subject to change without notice.
• Maximum deposit limits: Subject to the User's account verification tier and the limits published in the cashier section.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect in a User's account balance.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to the User's account being fully verified, no active withdrawal holds being in place, and all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds having been satisfied.

All wagers placed on the pet939 Platform are subject to the following general betting and gaming rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game interface:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Users cannot cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the pet939 system.
• pet939 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, pricing error, or obvious mistake has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account balance.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any subsequent identity check process.

pet939 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some users and have implemented the following responsible gaming measures, all of which are accessible from within a registered user's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from the pet939 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible and cannot be lifted at the user's request. Any remaining Real Money Funds at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the user's registered payment method within 5 business days.

All content on the pet939 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to pet939 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• No content from the pet939 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pet939.
• Users must not modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or gaming content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pet939 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform, regardless of the outcome.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or Platform maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if pet939 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either the User or pet939 may terminate a registered account, subject to the following provisions:

• User-Initiated Closure: A User may request the closure of their pet939 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Real Money Funds remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or active investigations apply.
• pet939-Initiated Closure: pet939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes a User has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, violated any applicable law, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• Where pet939 initiates account closure due to a confirmed Terms & Conditions breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, balances may be forfeited at pet939's sole discretion.
• Upon account closure for any reason, a User's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked and the User must cease all access to the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pet939 holds its international gaming licence. By using the pet939 Platform, Users consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable licensing authority for the resolution of any disputes arising from use of the Platform.

• In the event of any dispute between a User and pet939 regarding a bet settlement, transaction, or account action, Users must first contact pet939's 24/7 live support team to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure.
• pet939 aims to resolve all user complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex disputes involving financial investigations may take up to 30 business days to resolve.
• Where a User is dissatisfied with the outcome of pet939's internal dispute resolution process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's independent dispute resolution body.
• The submission of a dispute does not entitle a User to access withheld funds during the period of investigation.

pet939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to Users. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date indicated at the top of the document.

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number registered on their pet939 account wherever reasonably practicable.
• Your continued use of the pet939 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
• If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure.
